With this in mind, I am dedicated to creating a positive learning environment and making a difference by providing superior learning and research skills to students. I will also ensure that my teaching is up to date in terms of content and delivery in line with local and international best practices. In each class, I will strive to ensure the following:
- capturing students interest in learning by providing them training support and guidance
- Establishing comfort student-focused two-way communication
- Identifying student individualism and develop curriculum to accommodate their different learning styles
- Promoting keen research interest among students and guidance in researching skills
